Job Description
This position will be
responsible for PECVD, Sputtering, other vacuum equipment and parts design for
Si, metal, and dielectric thin films deposition for solar cell applications.
Job Responsibilities:
n
Design
high vacuum chambers systems for sputtering and PECVD to include pumping, gas
delivery and control.
n
Design
electrical and mechanical related facilities for vacuum equipment
n
Come
up with innovative ideas for improving process equipment
n
Prepare
drawings, obtain quotes and purchase custom equipment as well as off the shelf
equipment
n
Supervise
junior engineers and draftsmen to accomplish the design
Job Status: Full Time
Job Requirements
n
Must
be proficient in Autocad or Inventor
n
Over
10 year’s professional hands-on experience in vacuum chamber,
and equipment design.
n
Over
5 years specific design experience in PECVD and Sputtering system
n
Electrical,
Mechanical, and Thermal management background
n
Working
experience in PV industry would be a plus
n
BS
degree in Physics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering is required. MS would
be preferred
