Job Description
Responsible for Strategic Sourcing for company’s major capital equipment
and materials. Negotiate for Quality, Performance, Price, and Delivery with key
suppliers or subcontractors.
Job Responsibilities:

Identify
qualified sources for major capital equipment and materials
n
Qualify
major suppliers by coordinating with QA & Engineering team
n
Negotiate
terms and price with suppliers
n
Major
suppliers’ performance evaluation and management
n
Establish
professional procurement systems and execute purchasing function
Job Status: Full time
Job Requirements
n
5
to 10 years professional sourcing and procurement experience in high-tech
industries
n
Extensive
experience in establishing sourcing and procurement systems
n
Hands-on
experience in price & term negotiation
n
20
to 30% travel requirement
n
BS
or BA degree or equivalent
n
Combination
of technical and business background would be preferred
