Job Description
This position is
responsible for leading a thin film solar cell and module process team, to
achieve manufacturing goals of high Quality, Yield, Throughput, and Low cost
Job Responsibilities:
n
Solar
cell and module process improvement
n
Establish
baseline manufacturing processes in different stages
n
Documentation
of all back-end manufacturing processes
n
UL,
IEC, and TUV Qualification tests
n
Training
program formation for production operators
n
Supervise
junior engineers to achieve the manufacturing goals
Job Status: Full time
Job Requirements
n
Minimum
5 years professional hands-on experience in solar cell and module manufacturing
process
n
Minimum
3 years experience of dealing with ISO, UL, IEC, and TUV certification
processes
n
2
years or more technical supervision experience is required
n
BS
degree in engineering is required
n
PV
manufacturing experience is required. Thin film PV experience is preferred.
