and marketing of photovoltaic modules that convert sunlight into electricity. The company develops thin-film silicon 
based photovoltaic products and manufacturing equipment for high-throughput production of flexible and lightweight
photovoltaic modules at low cost. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio. 

Job Description

This position will be responsible for establishing company QA systems & functions to assure the highest quality of company’s

products shipped customers. The QA Manager will be reporting to Corporate Vice President, Manufacturing.

n Establish QA systems for the company and direct customer’s quality service, supplier’s management, documentation control, and QC.

n Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of all elements of quality from initial design through production, delivery and service; focusing on best-in-class prevention; implementing systems and processes for regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

n Lead company to pass the ISO certification

n Coordinate and maintain quality objectives with other functions to optimize product quality, reliability, and minimize costs; coordinates with outside parties, vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, such as ISO, etc

n Bench mark quality standards to comply with world class standards in PV industry

n Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine current requirements and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.

n Recommend product revisions, process changes, and define inspection and test procedures to ensure continuous quality standards are maintained.

n Demand and facilitate all functional departments to generate standard operation procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency of working quality.

Qualification & Requirements

n More than 5 years hands-on experience of establishing QA systems, working with customers & suppliers, QC & documentation control in a manufacturing environment

n At least two years in Quality Management.

n BS degree in Engineering is required. MS degree in similar fields would be preferred.

n Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
