Manufacturing Equipment Technician

Job Description

This position will be responsible for executing manufacturing equipment installation, assembly/disassembly, alignment, level, set up, maintenance, and trouble shooting

Job Responsibilities:

n Install, assemble, disassemble, align, level and set up manufacturing equipment under equipment engineer’s supervision.

n Implement equipment preventive maintenance, follows the detailed procedures & SOP generated by manufacturing equipment engineer.

n Execute equipment trouble shooting based on the trouble shooting guide created by the manufacturing equipment engineer.

n Use forklift, crane, and various hand & power tools.

n Machine parts as required.

Job Status: Full time

Job Requirement

n Strong mechanical and machining background.

n Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.

n Trouble shooting and maintenance experience in vacuum equipment and gas handling systems preferred

n Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or other equivalent qualification

n Other electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment experience would be a plus
