Manufacturing Equipment Engineer

Job Description

 

This position will be responsible for manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting

 

Job Responsibilities:

n           Responsible for manufacturing equipment installation under design engineer’s guidance

n           Generate equipment preventive maintenance detailed procedures, SOP, and schedule to minimize the equipment downtime and improve the yield

n           Generate equipment trouble shooting guide to speed up problem identification process and reduce downtime

n           Constantly improve both trouble shooting and maintenance procedures to increase the total throughput

n           Prepare training manual for equipment technician

 

Job Status: Full time

 

Job Requirement

 

n           Over 5 years professional hands-on vacuum equipment experience required.  Specific experience in PECVD or RF Sputtering system preferred.

n           Over 3 years trouble shooting and maintenance experience in gas handling systems and RF or VHF related equipment.

n           BS degree in Engineering or equivalent.

n           Other electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment experience would be a plus.
