Senior Industrial Engineer

and marketing of photovoltaic modules that convert sunlight into electricity. The company develops thin-film silicon based
photovoltaic products and manufacturing equipment for high-throughput production of flexible and lightweight photovoltaic modules
at low cost. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio. 

Job Description

This position will be responsible for contractor selection, facility layout design, manufacturing productivity improvement,

electrical power capacity estimation & allocation, chilled water system design, emergency generator, air compressor, DI water,

gas storage facility and building permit etc.

Job Responsibilities:

n Provides professional recommendations for upper management to select qualified contractors for major construction projects

n Designs and hires qualified contractors to perform facility related projects to support the manufacturing and the whole company’s normal operations

n Manufacturing layout design to facilitate process flow and maximize throughput

n Communicates with internal departments to understand their needs related to facilities for better performance

n Supervise in house routine maintenance

Job Status: Full Time

Job Requirements

n Over 10 year’s professional hands-on IE experience in facility design for high volume manufacturing in high-tech industries.

n PV or semiconductor industry manufacturing facility design experience would be strongly preferred

n Electrical, mechanical, and gas handling background would be a plus

n BS degree in Industrial Engineering is required. MS would be preferred
