Automation Control Engineer

and marketing of photovoltaic modules that convert sunlight into electricity. The company develops thin-film silicon
based photovoltaic products and manufacturing equipment for high-throughput production of flexible and lightweight
photovoltaic modules at low cost. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.

Job Description

The principal responsibility of the position is automation of various aspects of thin-film vacuum deposition processes.

The candidate must have experience in PLC and/or PC-based control system design/programming, hardware selection,

assembly, troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience working with AC/DC motors and drives is also required.

Experience with HMI programs will be a plus.

Job Responsibility

· PLC programming and system design.

· SCADA / HMI development.

· Electrical design and construction of automation and related systems.

· Troubleshooting of PLCs, Drivers, SCADA and other industrial controls.

Job Requirements

· BS degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

· Minimum 3 yrs of solid controls experience

· Experience with VFD AC drives and motors

· Previous integration and design experience desirable.

· Experience with Rockwell (AB) and Wonderware products a plus.

· Solar, semiconductor or chemical industry experience and/or converting industry experience would be a strong plus.
